What you send us
A service request includes your name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, selected service and project details. You can also provide your preferred timing and contact method. Photos can be sent separately by text message.
How it is used
OC Prime Home Services LLC uses these details to review the work, respond to your enquiry and discuss an estimate and visit. Sending a request does not take a payment or confirm an appointment.
Website services
The website uses Vercel for hosting. The request handler sends the details you submit to the original OC Prime ChatGPT Sites request database for storage. Calls, texts and emails use the communication services you choose. The Google business profile opens on Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
What to leave out
Please do not include payment card details, identification documents or other sensitive personal information in the request. Send only the contact and project information needed to discuss the work.
Project photographs
The bathroom project page distinguishes original photographs supplied by OC Prime from optional AI-enhanced versions. Other brand and service images are labeled as illustrative.
